1. Use the original photo file (no screenshots) to ensure high print quality.

2. Upload an image with similar proportions to the size you selected—otherwise cropping may occur.

3. The print will be in high quality as the digital image but a normal 10–20% color/brightness variation between screen and print can occur. (Please Avoid Very Dark Photos because details may not be very clear)

4. A 30% deposit is required upon contacting you to confirm the order. The deposit is refundable in case any product is damaged or the order is cancelled early.

Order Policy

1. Order Confirmation

Orders placed through our online store are not always considered confirmed at checkout. After you submit your order request, our team will contact you to review and verify the details. Your order will only be officially confirmed if it does not require a deposit.

2. Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required for:

1. Orders above 1500 EGP

2. Any customized or personalized orders, regardless of the amount.

The deposit amount will be communicated during our follow-up contact.

• Deposits are non-refundable, unless the final product has a confirmed defect or a production-related problem on our end.

3. Production & Delivery Timeframe

Production and delivery timelines do not begin until the required deposit, if any, has been collected. Any estimated timeframes provided before deposit payment are for reference only and not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order before paying the required deposit, the request will simply be voided. Once the deposit is paid, the order cannot be canceled and the deposit is non-refundable unless the product meets the defect criteria stated above.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All rugs are printed and assembled individually for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
• Buyer’s remorse
  

Please double-check product descriptions, dimensions, and preview images before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To process a replacement:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:

1. The damaged area
2. The full item
3. The packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, a replacement will be sent automatically. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is unavailable.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will:

• Assist in tracking the shipment
• Issue a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms it lost
  

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

4. Color Variations

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed products.
• These variations are normal and not considered defects.
  

We work hard to ensure color accuracy, but exact matching cannot be guaranteed.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If the package is returned to us due to address issues, you may request a reshipment by paying the additional shipping cost.

6. Cancellations

Because our production begins quickly, orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

If production has already started, cancellation is not possible.
